Because of our work on Council, it’ll soon be easier to create community gardens in City laneways – and we want to help you get started. 

We know when community reclaims and cares for these spaces, the dumping of rubbish stops, the surrounding streets get cooler, and more people come to hang out.

That’s why we are inviting you to join us on the 10th of October at 10am at the Darlington Activity Centre to hear about how you can create laneways gardens, stories of success from other groups and what support and resources the City can provide you with.

This event is fully wheelchair accessible.
